Tyler
Edgarton has nearly 20 years experience in the
Atlanta real estate market. Tyler graduated from
the University of Wisconsin with a double major in
Accounting / Real Estate and a minor in Finance.
In
1988, Tyler joined the Price Waterhouse’s Atlanta
Real Estate Taxation Group. He spent 3 years there
focusing on real estate structure and taxation.
During that time he attained the CPA designation.
Tyler
then left public accounting to join the Brannen/Goddard
Company. During his 6 years at Brannen Goddard,
Tyler participated in over 25 sales transactions
totaling over $300,000,000 in total value.
In
2000, he moved to Resource Real Estate Partners to
regroup with his former Brannen/Goddard
colleagues. At Resource Tyler continued to focus
on real estate investments and structuring
investment/finance transactions.
At
the end of 2004, Tyler relocated his office to an
80,000 square foot adaptive re-use project in which
he is a partial owner (Southern Dairies). Since
that time, he and Paul Raulet have focused their
efforts on acquiring and repositioning urban
properties. Since 2005, Tyler and Paul have
acquired 15 properties covering a wide variety of
product types and uses.
