W. Price Muir

Price Muir is a veteran commercial real estate broker in Atlanta who specializes in the property sales, leasing and investment of industrial and office properties.  His primary areas of expertise include the Atlanta Intown market, as well as the Northwest I-75 and Northeast I-85/Peachtree Corners markets.  For over 15 years, Price has created value and achieved great results for his clients; to include buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords, bankers and investors. On behalf of these clients he has brokered over 100 property sales for an aggregate volume exceeding $150 Million.  Additionally, he has brokered over 300 lease transactions, with an aggregate volume exceeding $200 Million.  Price is also a partner and/or sponsor of many commercial real estate investments in the Atlanta area.

Price graduated from The Lovett School in 1991 and The University of Georgia in 1995, where he received a BBA in Finance.  He began his career as a commercial real estate broker in 1996 in the Southeast Florida market.  In 1998, Price moved back to his native Atlanta and joined Paul Raulet at the newly formed Raulet Property Partners, Inc.  Price is an active and well respected member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (“ACBR”), the Atlanta History Center, the Piedmont Driving Club, and the Cathedral of St. Philip.   He is a Life Member in the Atlanta Commercial Board's Million Dollar Club (“MDC”), as well as a recipient of the prestigious Phoenix Award, given to those with 10 years of membership in the MDC.  Currently, Price serves as a member on several Committees of the ACBR.  He lives in Atlanta with his wife and three children.
