W. Price Muir

Price Muir is a veteran commercial real estate broker in Atlanta with a proven track record and an outstanding reputation in the real estate community.  He specializes in the property sales, leasing and investment of industrial / warehouse and office properties.  His primary area of concentration includes the Atlanta Intown market and the Northwest I-75 and Northeast I-85 markets.  Over the past 15 years he has represented numerous buyers, investors, tenants, landlords, sellers, and bankers with all of their commercial real estate requirements.  On behalf of these clients he has brokered 100 property sales for an aggregate volume exceeding $150 Million.  Additionally, he has brokered over 300 lease transactions with an aggregate volume over $125 Million.  Price is also a partner in several commercial real estate investments in Atlanta, which significantly contributes to his expert understanding of the “true value” of commercial properties.

Price graduated from The Lovett School in 1991 and The University of Georgia in 1995, where he received a BBA in Finance.  He began his career as a commercial real estate broker in 1996 in the Southeast Florida market.  In 1998, Price moved back to his native Atlanta and joined Paul Raulet at his newly formed real estate brokerage and investment firm, Raulet Property Partners.  Price is an active member in the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (“ACBR”), the Atlanta History Center, the Piedmont Driving Club, and the Cathedral of St. Philip.   He is a Life Member in the Atlanta Commercial Board's Million Dollar Club (“MDC”), as well as a recipient of the prestigious Phoenix Award, given to those with 10 years of membership in the MDC.  Currently, Price serves as a member on several Committees of the ACBR.  He lives in Atlanta with his wife and three children.
