Kari Marschark has been involved in the Atlanta real estate industry for over 13 years.  She began her career at a local residential real estate company working in the accounting department.  Prior to joining Raulet Property Partners in 2004, Kari worked for a commercial real estate company where she assisted many of the top producing agents in the company.

Kari's roles at Raulet Property Partners include but are not limited to office management, property management, accounting, marketing and assisting Paul, Tyler, Price and John with all aspects of their real estate transactions.  In October, 2008 she obtained her real estate license.  While her main focus stays in the Raulet office, she does work on a couple of residential real estate deals a year in Cobb County.

Kari lives in Smyrna with her husband Ryan.  Her interests outside of the office include traveling, cooking, playing golf, shopping and spending time with friends and family.
