John B. Raulet joined Raulet Property Partners in May, 2004, after several years in the financial services industry. John has brought his strong relationship skills to the Atlanta real estate market where he has successfully sold nearly $100,000,000 in commercial property.  He has qualified for the Commercial Board’s Million Dollar Club designation each year since 2004.  John’s unique ability to find creative solutions to his clients real estate needs has enabled him to become on of the top agents in the intown market. 

Mr. Raulet’s area of expertise is representing buyers and sellers in the intown markets such as Buckhead, Midtown, Chattahoochee Industrial, Poncey Highlands, Grant Par, Fulton Industrial, Armour Industrial as well as the 75 North & 85 North markets.  John, like his colleagues at Raulet Property Partners, take pride in finding the deal before it is common knowledge in the market place.  John’s wide transaction experience over the past 5 years has given him the ability to provide accurate and timely market information to his clients.

 With the advent of the Georgia Film and Entertainment Tax Credit, John has worked with several companies in the motion picture business in regards to their real estate needs for major motion picture studios and offices in the Atlanta area.  Such clients include:  Warner Brothers, Paramount Pictures, HBO, Tyler Perry Studios and EUE Screengems

 John graduated from the Lovett School in 1992 and the University of Georgia in 1997 where he received a B.A. in History.  John lives with his wife and three daughters in the Memorial Park neighborhood.  John is involved in the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the Young Council of Realtors and is a member of the Commercial Board Million Dollar Club.  John is an avid golfer and coaches his daughter’s soccer team.
